First game of the season

It struck me right this second...
They are growing up and he seems so big, studly, mature, handsome, sporty. But the bear whistle (that almost never comes off his neck and he hangs on the lamp beside his bed to put it on immediately after school or on the weekends) still keeps him little :) Grateful for these days...

Today's forecast: Snoooooooooflakes and ice
A bit disappointed that we don't have 12" like predicated..but making the absolute most of it! Ice underneath and a layer of snow on top. Probably about 1" of snow and kiddos you are off to work in your fort, throw a powdered snowball and create whatever you can in your heavily layered clothes!
