Finished the season with a win!

Katie-you worked hard and served the winning serve (with Daddy's help for feet work) for the game tonight! Way to go sweet girl. You were all there tonight and had so much fun! Glad to end the season like this-with a win!!

Learned a lot-especially how to shift/move towards the ball, get your feet underneath you for passing and how to be a team on the court!

Telling a story

Dear kiddos,
I just finished my QT and over in the corner these items sit. They are talking loud and clear about our season of life. They are saying many things...Owen and Katie you are both playing and doing many things right now. Baseball, Volleyball, roller blading, art, Vox classes, Club classes, outside play and work, we are coaching your teams-Cardinals and Diggers, being with friends, game nights and coffee shop breaks of donuts and decaf drinks/milkshakes...Our season is full, our season is good, our season is fun.
It's a good thing these items remind me of and it's a gift to be praying for you two. We pray you all would love to play, love to work hard, love to be creative, love to be a good teammate, love to not take yourselves to seriously, love to persevere, love to use the talents and giftings that God gave each of you, love to rest in His Story for our lives...
So off you two go, growing up! Your Dad and I are so thankful we can do life with you guys-you are our greatest gifts!
