Owen says
The post below is first from the eyes of Mommy and then Daddy.
Either way we love this guy.
Tonight during story time, Owen and Katie both asked if I could rub their back or neck. To which Justin responded, "Is it a Mommy Spa Night?". Owen's response was priceless..."But Daddy, it feels like eating a piece of chocolate!"
Each evening we have the privilege of sitting with the kids and enjoying a story or two. Tonight for the first time Owen requested a back rub from his mommy. During the back-rub, in a style all his own, Owen remarked, "it feels like eating a piece of chocolate." And then he sat motionless enjoying the comfort that only mommies can give. #meltinginyourhands

Thank you Gramma Gerrie
An amazingly beautiful winter day at 77° and a walk to our local McDonalds for a treat! So thankful for the gift cards from our Gramma Gerrie that makes this treat happen. And what's better for a snack then Americas favorite French fry! Glad to have this mini Adventure with our two special kiddos. :)

It Was A Thankful Day
Though thanksgiving this year was quiet and we stayed around our home, it still was a great day and one we were thankful that God gave each of us!
We wrote thankful leaves throughout the week, ate our cereal for our Eve tradition, made a new recipe for pumpkin pie/custard that is beyond delicious and other yummy foods, watched the Macy's Day parade, played and facetimed our family which we miss dearly!
Katie, Owen and Daddy, I am so thankful for you all and love you each to the moon and back!
