will probably argue with other kids, in school, that it is Saint Nicholas and his Caribou who come at Christmas time.
It is so sweet, but she doesn't refer to them as Santa and his reindeer. I don't know where she picked this up, but she will remind us who they are. Especially when we drove around at Christmas time she would say, "Look there is Saint Nicholas and his Caribou!"

LOL, Gi! Madalynn clarifies any discrepancies about whether Santa is real or not with ANYONE. I don't know who told her, but when asked (and boy, do people ask) if Santa is bringing her something good, she says, "Yes, I've been good, but Santa died a long time ago. St. Nicholas really did bring gifts to boys and girls, but he died, so now moms and dads carry on the tradition." I wonder if Maddie knows about those caribou...hmmmm...
