Katie has become very good at helping me make bread. Since she knows how to make it now, she decided to tell me how to make my bread lighter and fluffier, and not fall. By the time I got the video of her she had changed it up a bit. But it was great to hear what she had to say! I just know you will bake better bread then me someday Katie Grace...you and Tink!
