Food: Green Salsa

OH MY, THIS IS DELICIOUS!

Salsa Verde with Cilantro-a creamy green salsa

Directions:
Blend in blender the following ingredients. Eat right away or meld the flavors for a few hours in the refrigerator. Eat with chips and your favorite Mexican dish. But be warned 'you could eat this entire bowl in one sitting'...it's that good!

Ingredients:
> 2 cups of chopped tomatillos (green tomatoes with paper skins on-look with the red tomatoes in the grocery store)
> 1 avocado, peeled and chopped
> 3 serrano peppers, stems removed, and chopped (I used one jalapeno and one seranno, both without seeds)
> 4 cloves of garlic, chopped
> Juice from 1/2 lime
> handful of (2 tablespoons or more) of cilantro leaves, chopped

Saving this one, definitely going to give it a try!! Although right now I don't think I need anything where "I could eat the whole bowl in one setting" b/c I will :(
