LK Erie...part 11...WVA, the way home

We made our way home from the lake last week and for a break from the car decided to stop at the WVA state capital. It was beautiful and a great place for Katie to play. Since it was a Saturday it was empty and we followed Katie wherever her feet wanted to take her. If you are ever in need of a place to walk while driving the WVA turnpike, stop in Charleston! :)
There is also a lot of history displayed here...the statute is of a coal miner...

Gi - She is growing up so fast! Thanks so much for sharing your blog. I love watching your little one grow! Isn't it amazing how fast they grow up? I can't believe I already have a 4 mo. old! I'm glad you had fun on your vacation! Check out ours sometime we have updates!
